I
encourage you to

opportunity to peruse our website to learn more
about who we are, what we do, and how we can assist
you. You will find information about our
well-trained staff, our
recent training/research publications/presentations,
and the consulting services
that we offer.
The
Office of Health Informatics at Texas A&M University
has developed 13 courses
over a 3.5 year period. Those courses have served
the needs of over 9,200 students, and have yielded
over $2.4 million to the OHI. That money has
been significant in the support of the development,
instruction, and updating of the courseware and
has been instrumental in supporting research,
travel, graduate assistantships, and new student
recruitment.
The staff of the
Office of Health Informatics at Texas A&M University
has developed masters level programs in health
education; created a series of
undergraduate/graduate distance education courses;
developed interactive websites related to worksite
health promotion, advocacy, and distance education;
administers the development and delivery of masters
level courses for a national professional
association; and publishes a quality journal related
to health education and health promotion.
